Ants in the butter...Part II

to conclude the ant saga...freezing them worked. I then let the butter thaw and used a knife to extract their dead bodies, but since ants are basically protein, likewise for peanuts, I wondered why we don't smash the ants and make ant butter...couldn't be any worse then vegemite or marmite (apologies to my Aussie and British friends).
